Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to assigned leads and prospects
Handle sales calls in a professional and courteous manner
Follow up consistently with positive and interested leads
Convert qualified leads into successful sales
Maintain daily follow-up records and update lead status
Send follow-up messages through WhatsApp or other approved channels
Meet daily calling targets and sales objectives
Coordinate with team members and management to improve sales outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
Good communication and convincing skills
Proficiency in
English, Hindi, and Gujarati
(read, write, and speak)
Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities
Effective time management and multitasking skills
Positive attitude with a results-driven mindset
Basic computer knowledge, including calling applications, WhatsApp, Excel, email, and Google Sheets
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Experience
0 to 3 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, or Inside Sales
Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
