Job Description

Prospecting and lead generation:

Actively seek out new business opportunities through methods like cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Client relationship management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and upsell opportunities.

Sales and negotiation:

Present products or services, demonstrate their value, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet sales quotas.

Market and customer understanding:

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, stay updated on industry trends, and monitor competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

Reporting and tracking:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress using CRM software, and generate regular reports.
Required skills and qualifications

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for presentations, negotiations, and client interactions.

Negotiation:

Ability to negotiate contracts and terms to the mutual satisfaction of both the client and the company.

Sales and marketing acumen:

Understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.

Problem-solving:

Ability to understand a client's needs and present appropriate solutions.

Organizational skills:

Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks, track progress, and meet targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
