Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new customers for vehicle loan products in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and channel partners.
Conduct field visits, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into sales.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular reports to the Sales Manager.
Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends to suggest strategic improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in NBFC/Vehicle Finance industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle field operations effectively.
Good knowledge of the local geography and customer behavior.
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate (any stream).
