Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for software products and IT services
Approach potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and meetings
Understand client requirements and propose suitable software solutions
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
Conduct product demos and explain software features and benefits
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth project delivery
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any degree (MBA / BBA / Marketing preferred)
0-3 years of experience in IT / Software sales (Freshers can apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of software, web applications, and IT services
Ability to convince and handle client objections
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
