The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company's growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, field visits, networking, and referrals.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Present and promote products/services to customers professionally.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with the management team.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer inquiries.
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, accounts) for smooth order processing.
Attend sales meetings, training programs, and events whenever required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales or business development (1-3 years).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Willingness to travel if required.
