Job Overview



As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building with potential clients. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies and the ability to promote products or services effectively.

Duties



Utilize sales techniques to identify and attract new clients Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads and sales progress Conduct inside sales activities including telemarketing and email campaigns Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly

Experience



Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or software sales Proficiency in English, both written and verbal Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus Strong understanding of inside sales techniques Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
