SreeDev Health Care is a digital-first B2B platform focused on the Health Care and FMCG sectors. Our mobile app enables pharmacies, medical stores, and retail outlets to order products directly from manufacturers and distributors. We're revolutionizing the supply chain with smart commerce, UPI payments, and real-time order tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and onboard retail medical shops, hospitals, and FMCG outlets to our B2B app platform.
Demonstrate app features, benefits, and order process to new clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure retention and active usage.
Collect feedback from clients and work with the operations team for improvements.
Meet weekly and monthly sales and onboarding targets.
Travel locally for in-person meetings (field work within city/district).
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Pharma Distribution, FMCG, or Field Sales.
Strong local network and knowledge of pharmacy or FMCG retailers.
Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
Ability to explain app-based ordering and digital payment processes.
Own two-wheeler and smartphone required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with distributor management, B2B apps, or supply chain platforms.
Diploma/Degree in Sales, Business, or any relevant stream.
