Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in India & International destinations. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Karma Group memberships and services to potential customers. The role involves engaging with clients, explaining the benefits of membership, identifying customer needs, negotiating terms, handling payments, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The candidate will collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and may participate in events or promotions to drive membership sales.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet or exceed targets Solid understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement strategies A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt and handle challenging sales scenarios Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or luxury lifestyle industries is a strong advantage Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work on-site India, and be flexible to cater to working hours that include weekends or holidays

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
