Job Summary
We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to handle jewellery sales at the showroom. The role involves assisting customers, explaining jewellery designs, closing sales, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their jewlery requirements
Showcase gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery collections
Explain product details such as design, purity, weight, price, and certification
Assist customers in selecting jewellery as per budget and occasion
Generate sales bills and coordinate with the billing team
Handle customer queries, exchanges, and basic after-sales service
Maintain display counters and ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Build long-term relationships with repeat customers
Follow store policies related to security, pricing, and documentation
