Job Summary: We are seeking a disciplined and accountable Sales Executive - Logistics to support business development and day-to-day logistics operations. The role requires the executive to take end-to-end ownership of the vehicles placed by them, including coordination with drivers, maintaining basic trip-level accounting, and ensuring smooth execution until trip completion and documentation closure.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and onboard new customers for logistics services
Generate revenue through consistent load bookings
Maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Vehicle Placement & Operations:
Arrange and place vehicles as per customer load requirements
Take complete responsibility for vehicles placed by self
Coordinate with drivers for:
o Loading confirmation
o Transit updates
o Unloading status
o POD (Proof of Delivery) collection and confirmation
Accounting & Follow-Ups: Maintain basic accounting records for self-placed vehicles, including:
o Freight value
o Advance payments
o Balance receivable/payable
Coordinate with internal accounts team for timely billing
Support payment follow-ups until trip closure

Execution & Compliance
Ensure smooth execution of loads from booking to completion
Address and resolve operational issues related to assigned vehicles
Maintain accurate records and timely reporting

Pay: ?13,500.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
