Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Conversion (B2C & B2B)
Handle guest inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
Convert inbound leads into confirmed bookings across Wow Stayz 2 properties.
Upsell room categories, extended stays, group bookings, and value-added services.
Assist in handling B2B inquiries from travel agents, corporates, and other partners as the role expands.
Guest & Partner Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and repeat customers.
Support relationship management with travel agents, corporates, and channel partners.
Ensure timely, personalized, and professional communication throughout the booking journey.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with property and operations teams to confirm availability and bookings.
Maintain accurate CRM records, including lead tracking, follow-ups, and closures.
Share guest and partner feedback with internal teams for service and process improvement.
Business Growth & Market Exposure
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and sales efficiency.
Gain exposure to pricing strategies, competitor analysis, and customer behaviour trends.
Contribute ideas to enhance booking processes, guest experience, and partner engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline (MBA in Tourism / Hospitality / Business preferred).
Hospitality or tourism background is a strong plus.
Prior experience or internship in the hospitality sector (sales, reservations, front office, or operations) is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Customer-focused, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
Willingness to learn and grow across both B2C and B2B sales verticals.
