Job Description

We are hiring Sales Executives (females preferable) to handle inbound leads. The marketing team will generate leads through ads and campaigns. Your job is to receive calls and SMS enquiries, follow up, and convert them into customers.

Key Responsibilities

Receive incoming calls and SMS leads Contact leads promptly and understand customer requirements Explain products/services clearly and confidently Convert enquiries into confirmed sales Maintain basic lead follow-up records Coordinate with the marketing team for lead status updates
What This Job Is NOT

No cold calling No field sales No lead generation responsibility
Required Skills

Good spoken communication (Hindi / English) Basic sales and convincing skills Comfortable using phone, SMS, WhatsApp Polite, patient, and goal-oriented attitude
Preferred Candidate

Someone who enjoys talking to customers Can follow up properly and close deals Ready to work from office full-time
Compensation

Fixed salary up to ₹30,000/month Performance incentives (optional)

Pay: ₹9,747.39 - ₹29,180.52 per month
