Sales Executive
to promote and sell our
HR & recruitment services
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and maintaining long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads for
HR & recruitment services
Reach out to potential clients via
calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable HR solutions
Schedule client meetings and follow up for closures
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain client data and sales reports in CRM
Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience as a
Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
Exposure to
B2B sales or HR consultancy sales
(preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Target-oriented with excellent follow-up abilities
Working knowledge of
MS Office & CRM tools
Good to Have
Experience in
staffing, recruitment, or HR services
Existing corporate client database
Knowledge of
IT & Non-IT hiring
Immediate joiner preferred
Education
Graduate in
Business, Marketing, HR, or related field
MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred
Job Types: Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,729.12 - ₹20,000.00 per month
