Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic
Sales Executive
to support sales activities for our
IT services, SaaS solutions, and Web Development offerings
. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in technology sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and inbound inquiries
Introduce and explain IT services, SaaS products, and web development solutions to prospects
Understand basic client requirements and assist in preparing proposals and quotations
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Follow up with prospects and support deal closures
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for smooth client onboarding
Meet individual sales targets and activity KPIs
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of IT services, SaaS, or web technologies
Willingness to learn sales processes and digital solutions
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Good to Have
Internship or entry-level experience in IT or SaaS sales
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
