Generate and qualify leads through IT bidding platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, and others.
Manage end-to-end client interactions, including proposals, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions (web/app development, digital marketing, bulk SMS).
Prepare and submit project proposals, quotes, and estimates.
Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered effectively.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in IT sales, preferably in web/app development, digital marketing, or bulk SMS services.
Familiarity with online bidding platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Basic understanding of IT services, digital marketing, and technical project requirements.
