We are looking, Sales Executive with experience in both field sales and telesales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads generation through social media app and data and achieving sales targets through outbound calling, follow-ups, and direct sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new sales leads through telesales, cold calling, social media app and follow-up calls
Promote and sell company products/services to prospective and existing customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems
Handle customer objections and close sales effectively
Coordinate with the sales teams to improve conversion rates
Provide feedback on customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B or B2C sales
Strong follow-up and closing skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
