We're seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand our presence in Indore and Madhya Pradesh for our packaged bottled water brand, WaterWave. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing sales,building strong relationships with retailers, and ensuring product visibility and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales : Achieve sales targets and grow revenue in Indore and Madhya Pradesh
2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships by ensuring excellent service and support.
3. Product Merchandising: Ensure proper display, visibility, and promotion of WaterWave bottled water in the outlets.
4. Order Management: Manage and fulfill orders from retailers and dealers, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues.
5. Market Feedback: Gather feedback from retailers, dealers and customers, providing insights to improve products, marketing strategies, and customer service.
6. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and promotions in the market.
Specific Tasks:
1. Visit outlets regularly to promote WaterWave bottled water and build relationships.
2. Take orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and promotions to increase sales.
4. Resolve complaints and issues promptly.
5. Provide market insights and feedback to the sales team.
Requirements:
1. 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG , bottled water industry or beverage industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently.
4. Basic knowledge of sales principles and practices.
5. Familiarity with Indore market and retail outlets is a plus.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
