Job Description

Identify, approach, and pitch to real estate developers for sales & marketing mandates. Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers and key stakeholders. Achieve assigned targets for mandate acquisition and revenue growth. Understand developer projects and suggest end-to-end marketing and sales strategies. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, digital) to design project campaigns. Act as the main point of contact for developers, ensuring smooth execution of mandates. Provide regular updates, reports, and feedback on project sales performance. Track market trends, competitors, pricing strategies, and buyer behavior. Provide insights to optimize sales and marketing approaches. Work closely with digital marketing, operations, and channel teams to drive sales funnel efficiency. Support business development initiatives and lead generation activities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
