About the Role



The Online Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue through digital channels by proactively identifying, pursuing, and converting leads into loyal customers. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on achieving ambitious targets, excel at lead management, and are passionate about closing sales every single day.

Key Responsibilities



Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets by converting leads into sales across online platforms. Proactively engage with prospective customers via calls, emails, webchat, and social media to pitch products and close deals. Nurture leads swiftly--ensure no sales opportunity is missed and follow up rigorously with all prospects. Maintain and update accurate records of all customer interactions, lead status, and sales pipeline using CRM tools. Develop innovative strategies to maximize daily conversions

Required Skills & Attitude



A relentless, target-driven mindset with a genuine hunger for sales and conversions. Proven ability to handle multiple leads with discipline--never missing follow-ups or sales opportunities. Passion for building rapport quickly and communicating persuasively across digital channels. Comfortable working in a performance-focused environment with daily/weekly KPIs and high expectations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
