The Online Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue through digital channels by proactively identifying, pursuing, and converting leads into loyal customers. Key Responsibilities
Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets by converting leads into sales across online platforms.
Proactively engage with prospective customers via calls, emails, webchat, and social media to pitch products and close deals.
Nurture leads swiftly--ensure no sales opportunity is missed and follow up rigorously with all prospects.
Maintain and update accurate records of all customer interactions, lead status, and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Develop innovative strategies to maximize daily conversions
