Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Sales Executive
to join our team. The role involves generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and converting them into long-term business partners. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand client needs in the digital marketing space.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads through calls, networking, social media, and referrals.
Pitch Yuvau Digital's services (Digital Marketing, Social Media, Paid Ads, Website Development, UGC & Training Programs) to prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and suggest the right services/solutions.
Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to clients.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Keep track of market trends and competitors.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of proven sales experience (digital marketing or advertising industry preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi & English.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
