Profile: Sales Executive



Key Responsibilities



Greet and assist customers, identifying their needs and guiding them through the furniture selection process. Provide expert product information and design advice to help customers make informed decisions. Achieve sales targets by effectively closing deals, promoting special offers, and offering financing and warranty options. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products, including new arrivals and market trends. Provide exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, orders, and post-sale follow-ups. Resolve minor issues and escalate complex problems as needed. Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Accurately process sales transactions and adhere to all company policies.

Qualifications:



High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home decor goods, furnishing or a high-value retail environment. Proven ability to meet sales targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
