1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the assigned region.
2. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
3. ?Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement development plans.
4. ?Build and maintain strong relationships with our distributors & Super stockists.
5. ?Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams to enhance product offerings.
Role Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to travel within the designated region as needed.
Knowledge of the FMCG industry and market trends is mandatory.
