Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Conduct follow-ups with prospects and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business.
2. Sales Process Execution
Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, finance, and insurance options.
Arrange and conduct test drives.
Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate, and finalize sales.
Process booking forms, loan/finance documentation, and insurance formalities.
Ensure timely delivery of the vehicle with proper documentation and a professional handover experience.
3. Product Knowledge & Market Awareness
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicle models, features, pricing, promotions, and competitor offerings.
Highlight product USPs and advantages against competitors.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
4. Target Achievement & Reporting
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Track and report daily walk-ins, inquiries, test drives, bookings, and conversions.
Update CRM/DMS software with customer interactions and sales pipeline status.
5. Customer Experience & After-Sales Support
Ensure a customer-first approach in every interaction.
Coordinate with service and after-sales departments for customer support when required.
Handle customer complaints or escalate them promptly to management.
6. Marketing & Prospecting
Participate in dealership events, roadshows, and promotional activities.
Generate new leads through cold calls, referrals, social media, and networking.
Distribute brochures, digital promotions, and product updates to potential customers.
