Making outbound calls, handling walk-ins, and online inquiries regarding admissions.
Counsel students and parents about our courses, programs, and admission procedures.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure maximum conversions.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM tools.
Conduct telephonic or in-person counselling sessions to convert leads into admissions.
Participate in seminars, school/college visits, and promotional events as needed.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English + Hindi )
Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
Confidence and a positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Prior experience in the education or edtech sector is mandatory

Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, etc. - MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Experience in counselling/sales/telecalling/ is mandatory
