Key Responsibilities:
Understand and present technical details of the company's products or solutions to potential clients
Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and site visits
Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFIs (Request for Information), and technical queries
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
Assist in preparing proposals, cost estimates, and product documentation
Stay up-to-date with product developments and market trends
Build strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction
Coordinate with the engineering and product teams for customized client requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field)
2+ years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role
Strong understanding of the products/services offered and the ability to explain technical details clearly
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
