To assist customers in selecting and purchasing two-wheeler vehicles that meet their needs and preferences, while achieving sales targets and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in the showroom and understand their two-wheeler requirements.
Provide detailed information about various models, features, specifications, and prices.
Offer test drives and explain vehicle performance, safety features, and accessories.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and walk-ins through calls or visits.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
Maintain product knowledge on new models, features, and promotions.
Help customers with financing, insurance, exchange, and registration processes.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Coordinate with delivery, service, and accounts teams for smooth sales closure.
Attend sales training programs and daily briefings regularly.

Basic understanding of automotive mechanics and features

Ability to work under targets and pressure
Basic computer and documentation skills
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred
Prior experience in two-wheeler or automobile sales is an advantage
Freshers with passion for automobiles and sales can also apply
Working Conditions:
Showroom and field visits
Weekend and holiday work may be required
