Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and self-motivated Sales Executives to join our in-house team. This is a desk-based, work-from-office role where you will be responsible for reaching out to e-commerce businesses, pitching our services over the phone, and generating high-quality leads. Ideal candidates are eager to learn, confident communicators, and capable of handling a high volume of calls daily.

Key Responsibilities:



Make 60-70 connected outbound calls per day to potential e-commerce clients. Introduce and pitch our services to key decision-makers. Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions. Maintain follow-ups to build and nurture strong client relationships. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outreach and conversions. Update call outcomes and lead details regularly in the CRM system. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.

Requirements:



Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and influence potential clients over the phone. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment. Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs. Prior telesales or inside sales experience is a plus, but freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: Up to ?23,000.00 per month
