Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
Promote and sell Tiles, Sanitary Wares, Lighting and Windows to residential & commercial clients.
Understand client requirements and present appropriate products.
Collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers to create compelling proposals and presentations.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and follow-ups.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities using CRM tools.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as needed.
Attend customers at Showroom.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Proven sales experience in the home furnishing and interior products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Experience:
2+ years of sales experience in the home furnishing and interior products.
Existing network of architects, builders, or interior designers is an advantage
