Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented
Sales Executive (General Manager - Sales)
to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or marketing, specifically within the
fire safety, HVAC, or plumbing industry
, and experience in dealing with
building projects
.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sector
Promote and sell fire safety, HVAC, plumbing, or related solutions to contractors, consultants, builders, and project managers
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum
2 years of sales experience
in fire, HVAC, plumbing, or similar industry
Strong knowledge of building project lifecycle and stakeholder engagement
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
