Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. Identify potential clients and generate new business through outbound calling and telemarketing. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. Utilize Salesforce and other sales software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that support sales efforts. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's products and services. Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or software sectors. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Experience in business development, telemarketing, or outbound calling is a plus. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and achieving targets.
