Job Summary



Adinath Poly Plast Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product presentation.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs. Actively pursue new sales leads via cold calling, networking, and social media. Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements and concerns. Deliver compelling product and service presentations. Prepare regular sales reports and financial performance data. Ensure product stock availability for demonstrations and client needs. Represent the company in exhibitions, conferences, and trade events. Negotiate/close sales deals and resolve client complaints. Collaborate with team members for improved business outcomes. Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.

Key Requirements:



Proven experience in a sales or in a relevant sales role. Verbal and written communication skills in English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and MS Office tools. In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Highly motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales. Ability to deliver engaging and professional presentations. Educational Qualification: MBA/BBA in Sales/Marketing or a relevant high school diploma. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Self-driven and proactive team player High adaptability and willingness to explore different business functions Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Eagerness to learn, take initiative and grow in a fast-paced environment Experience with CRM software (preferred).
