Job Profile: Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven

Sales Executive with a background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 2-4 years of sales experience in the electrical and industrial equipment domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of a wide range of electrical components and automation systems, and a strong ability to drive B2B and project-based sales.

Key Responsibiities:

Generate and convert leads into successful sales across assignedterritory
Manage relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers, explaining productsor services
Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions using prodct knowledge Achieve monthly and quarterlysales targets
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in

Electrical or

Mecanical Engineering*

2 to 4 years of proven experience in sales (preferably in electricalindustrial products)

Strong knowledge of*:

Cable Wires
Industrial Switchgears
LV Motors
Switches & Accessories
MCB, ELCB, DB, Isolators
Industrial & Building Automation
Lighting Systems
Solar Roftop Systems

Water Heaters
Excellent commnication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and travel as requied within the region

Preferred:

Experiencein B2B and industrial project sales
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
