Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential markets and clients. Analyze trends in the global chemical and pharmaceutical industries to uncover opportunities for growth. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management Identify, approach, and develop relationships with clients and distributors. Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Sales Strategy and Execution Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients. Ensure compliance with trade laws and chemical industry regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to manage product certifications, licenses, and documentation. Work closely with R&D, production, and marketing teams to align business development goals with company objectives. Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products to clients. Reporting and Analysis Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management. Provide insights on customer feedback and competitive activities to refine strategies.
Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Life sciences , Pharma or a related field. Experience (1+ years) in sales or business development within the chemical or pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of the global chemical and pharmaceutical markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel as required. Freshers also can apply
