Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our growing healthcare team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our healthcare products and services to hospitals, clinics, doctors, and other healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of healthcare solutions and a strong background in B2B or medical sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic labs, and healthcare professionals. Promote and sell medical products/services such as diagnostic equipment, pharmaceuticals, medical software, or wellness services depending on the firm's offerings. Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support post-sales. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align on strategy and campaigns.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field. Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of the local healthcare market and existing network of healthcare professionals. Experience with technical/medical product sales. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in healthcare.
