Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products/services. Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain a database of client contacts, sales activities, and opportunities using CRM tools. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay up to date on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a sales role (1-3 years preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in staffing and recruitment Fluency in english Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
