Key Responsibilities:



Generate and convert leads into successful sales through field visits, cold calls, and networking. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Conduct site visits and showcase premium properties to prospective clients. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. Stay updated on market trends and investment opportunities in the real estate sector. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
