motor or health insurance

Fluent in English & Hindi (no MTI/RTI)

Confident verbal communication Customer handling Problem-solving abilities

Handle customer queries across

chat and voice channels

Provide accurate

product/service information

Maintain high levels of

customer satisfaction

interactions and escalate issues as needed
