Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented
Sales Executive
with experience in
two-wheeler automobile sales
. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, handling customers professionally, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements.
Present and demonstrate two-wheeler models, features, and pricing clearly and confidently.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of product specifications, financing options, and after-sales services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Generate leads through showroom walk-ins, referrals, tele-calling, and local market visits.
Handle test rides, booking formalities, and follow-up on pending inquiries.
Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery departments for smooth vehicle handover.
Maintain proper documentation for all customer interactions, bookings, and deliveries.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and promote repeat and referral business.
Participate in local promotional events, roadshows, and campaigns as required.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong customer-handling ability and product presentation skills.
Good knowledge of two-wheeler products and local market trends.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / DMS entry).
Ability to work under target pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Qualification:
12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Experience:
Minimum
1-3 years
of experience in two-wheeler automobile sales.
License:
Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory).
Compensation:
Fixed salary + Attractive incentives based on performance.
Working Hours:
As per dealership norms (including weekends and festival days).
