Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Understand client requirements and provide design consultation accordingly.
Meet clients at site or showroom and explain modular kitchen concepts and offerings.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing.
Coordinate with design and production teams for project execution.
Maintain strong post-sales client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and update customer database and sales reports.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Good understanding of modular
kitchen designs
and trends
Client handling and negotiation skills
Sales-driven attitude with a focus on customer service
Knowledge of MS Office, CRM software (preferred)
Local area knowledge (site visits and client meetings)
Preferred Qualification:
Graduate in any stream (Interior Design/Architecture background is a plus)
Experience in home interiors/modular kitchen/real estate/furnishing industry is preferred
