Job Description

A sales executive for modular kitchens is responsible for driving sales by attending to showroom walk-ins and online leads, understanding customer needs, presenting product offerings, coordinating with designers for proposals, and guiding customers to closure. Key duties include meeting sales targets, managing sales documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-ups and coordination with installation teams. Essential requirements typically include a graduate degree, 1-3 years or more of experience in furniture, interiors, or high-involvement retail sales, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

Attend to showroom walk-ins and respond to online leads to generate interest in modular kitchens.

Needs Assessment:

Understand customer requirements for modular furniture and customization options.

Product Presentation:

Present product offerings and design options to clients.

Sales Process Management:

Coordinate with designers to develop floor plan-based presentations and proposals.

Lead to Closure:

Guide customers through the decision-making process, address objections, and drive order closures.

Documentation:

Prepare and manage sales documentation and follow-up on leads and proposals.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain customer relationships and provide updates and after-sales support.

Team Collaboration:

Work with design and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Target Achievement:

Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

A graduate degree in any discipline is typically required.

Experience:

1-3 years or more of experience in the interior, modular furniture, or high-involvement retail sales sectors is common.

Sales Aptitude:

A proven track record of achieving sales targets is essential.

Soft Skills:

Excellent customer engagement, communication, and negotiation skills are necessary.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
