We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive with strong experience in hardware, kitchen fittings, and home appliances. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to kitchen hardware products, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive sales within the trade channel (dealers, contractors, carpenters, builders, interior designers, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with trade partners including dealers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and builders.
Promote and sell the company's hardware, kitchen fittings, and home appliance products.
Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
Provide product demos, technical explanations, and solutions to clients.
Work closely with the sales manager to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
Ensure timely follow-ups, quotations, and closure of sales.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, support, warehouse) for seamless order execution.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in trade sales, preferably in hardware, kitchen fittings, or appliances.
Strong understanding of kitchen hardware components (hinges, channels, fittings, accessories, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build strong customer relationships and handle B2B clients.Preferred Qualifications Experience working with modular kitchen companies, hardware brands, or appliance distributors.
Technical understanding of hardware and kitchen installation is a plus.
