We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Mobile Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling mobile phones, accessories, and related services while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their mobile requirements.
Recommend suitable mobile phones, accessories, and service plans based on customer needs.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain product knowledge of new mobile models, features, and market trends.
Handle billing, exchanges, and customer queries professionally.
Ensure proper display, arrangement, and cleanliness of the sales area.
Maintain stock levels and report product shortages.
Build and maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Assist in promotional activities, offers, and brand campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
2-5 years
of experience in mobile or retail sales.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good knowledge of mobile phones, brands, and technology.
Negotiation and upselling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (billing, inventory, CRM).
Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
Pleasing personality and positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a mobile showroom or electronics retail store.
Knowledge of EMI processing and exchange offers.
Multilingual skills (extra advantage).
