The Sales Coordinator will support the sales function by managing customer communication, processing quotations and invoices, tracking orders, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, internal teams, and external partners. The role requires strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills to ensure timely execution of sales orders and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, order status, and delivery updates.
Prepare, process, and send sales quotations and follow up with customers regularly.
Generate and process Proforma Invoices using Tally and Mango Systems.
Follow up with customers for payments, pending documents, and feedback.
Maintain and update accurate sales records and customer data.
Track sales orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely execution and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints or concerns and coordinate resolutions with relevant internal teams.
Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers through regular communication and support.
System Responsibilities (Mango System):
Punch customer inquiries into the system.
Prepare and issue quotations.
Convert approved quotations into sales orders and generate Proforma Invoices.
Indiamart Responsibilities:
Purchase and manage leads on the Indiamart platform.
Follow up with Indiamart customers to understand and collect detailed requirements.
Attend online and offline meetings with the Indiamart team as required.
Coordination Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Bhiwandi Godown/Warehouse team to obtain physical stock information.
Coordinate with clients regarding transport and delivery updates.
Prepare and submit Monthly Quotation to SRI on the 1st of every month.
