Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling products or services, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and customer needs
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and documentation
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow up on leads and handle customer inquiries and objections
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Target-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel, if required
Preferred Experience
Experience in B2B or B2C sales
Industry-specific experience (as applicable)
Knowledge of local market conditions
