Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and result-oriented Sales Executive with prior real estate experience. The role involves active sourcing, lead generation, client handling, site visits, and deal closures for premium and ultra-luxury projects. The candidate will handle high-value ticket sizes ranging from ?1 Cr to ?100 Cr and above, catering to HNI and UHNI clients while maintaining strong professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through sourcing, referrals, cold calling, walk-ins, and networking
- Handle and convert incoming leads provided by the company
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Lodha residential or commercial projects
- Manage high-ticket sales (?1 Cr to ?100 Cr+) with a consultative sales approach
- Arrange and conduct site visits with clients and ensure proper follow-ups
