Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Achieve site-wise sales and revenue targets as defined by the organization. Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures. Generate new prospects for site visits, referrals, cold calling, and direct client interactions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers. Manage leads from digital platforms (portals, website, WhatsApp, calls) with timely follow-ups. Maintain accurate CRM records covering lead status, site visits, negotiations, and bookings. Track lead conversion ratios and support sales performance improvement. Conduct site visits and project presentations, explaining layouts, specifications, pricing, amenities, timelines, and USPs. Coordinate with site and project teams to ensure site readiness for customer visits. Address customer queries related to construction quality, approvals, and possession timelines. Negotiate and close deals within approved pricing and discount guidelines. Explain cost sheets, payment schedules, taxes, stamp duty, and registration charges. Coordinate with legal and accounts teams for booking formalities, agreements, and RERA documentation. Act as a single point of contact from enquiry to agreement execution. Support customers in post-booking processes including loan coordination, where required. Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience. Develop and manage relationships with Channel Partners and Brokers; onboard new partners. Support marketing campaigns, site events, broker meets, and promotional activities. Provide market feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness. Monitor competitor projects, pricing, and market trends in the micro-market. Ensure adherence to RERA norms, company sales policies, and ethical practices. Prepare daily/weekly sales MIS including leads, site visits, bookings, and revenue.

Requirements / Eligibility



Minimum

2 years of sales experience in the construction / real estate industry

(preferred). Proven track record in achieving sales targets in a project-based or site-based sales role.

Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi

is mandatory. Strong understanding of the real estate sales process, documentation, and customer handling. Ability to work in a

target-driven environment

and coordinate with internal teams to achieve goals. Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to take ownership by handling multiple responsibilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle objections and challenging situations professionally. Sound decision-making ability with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability. Capable of understanding, tracking, and analysing sales figures and performance metrics. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned target region. Strong computer proficiency, including use of CRM systems, email, internet, and Microsoft Office. Prior experience in working with Channel Partners / Brokers will be an added advantage.
