We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads generated through Google, Web site, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and GeM portal. The role involves lead qualification, proposal preparation, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and respond to leads from Google, Website, India MART, TradeIndia, and GeM portal
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service solutions
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and tenders as per client needs
Regular follow-ups with prospects to convert inquiries into orders
Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Manage GeM bids, BOQs, reverse auctions, and order processing
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and execution
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM/Excel
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Ensure timely documentation, invoicing coordination, and payment follow-up
Stay updated on portal policies, competitor pricing, and market trends
