is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Viman Nagar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships within the BPO and financial services sector.
Quick Job Summary
Salary:
?17,000 - ?20,000 per month (plus performance-based incentives).
Work Timings:
9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.
Working Days:
Monday to Saturday.
Weekly Off:
Sunday (Fixed Off).
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, emails, and follow-ups.
Product Promotion:
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the company's services (Banking/Loans/BPO solutions) to prospective clients.
Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed daily/monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales progress in the CRM or reporting sheets.
Requirements & Skills
Education:
12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
Experience:
Freshers are welcome; 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or telecalling is a plus.
Communication:
Fluency in Hindi and Marathi; basic to good English is preferred.
Skills:
Strong convincing skills, persistence, and a positive attitude toward sales targets.
