Sales Executive (School Sales)
to build strong partnerships with schools and drive the adoption of our hands-on STEM learning programs in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand school partnerships across assigned regions.
Present and promote STEM education programs to school principals, management, and key decision-makers.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-ups to negotiation and deal closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a strong focus on performance and outcomes.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with schools to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate closely with academic and marketing teams to align sales initiatives with organizational goals.
Candidate Requirements
Experience:
2-6 years of sales experience, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
Education:
MBA in Sales / Marketing preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Mindset:
Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.
