The role involves greeting customers, understanding their needs, explaining vehicle features, arranging test drives, negotiating prices, and closing sales. The Sales Executive will also maintain customer records, follow up on leads, and ensure excellent customer service before and after sales. Strong communication skills, a passion for automobiles, and a sales-oriented mindset are essential.
